These R5 speakers are brilliant so why don’t you update the app so we can use them to there full potential. What gives Samsung? The app wasn’t brilliant to start with now things have got worse. Samsung Audio Remote is an exclusive, integrated audio device control app that can control the Samsung GIGA system and Soundbar through Bluetooth. I’ve checked my details and they are correct. I’ve reinstalled the app I even signed out of deezer and now I can’t sign back in. I have been a deezer customer for years but lately whenever I’m using deezer through the Samsung multi room app I’m now getting messages of “no internet connection” Couple of weeks ago I had no issues but now I can’t play any song from deezer. Certain playlist won’t play and the ones that do I have to keep removing the songs and adding new ones so they will play, these are just small niggles but lately the app just seems to of got worse I have been using this app for 3 years now and yes there have been some slight problems along the way especially using Deezer through the app. Just frustrating that a new product would have issues like this.I never review apps but this has gone too far now. Samsung customer support said they will fix it after I do the factory reset and it still is not working. I have already updated all drivers, uninstalled/reinstalled the touchscreen driver, and I am performing a factory reset on the laptop now but I think it is a hardware issue.

I was able to disable the driver to the touchscreen and use it as a normal laptop (no touchscreen) but I am surprized that such a new product would have these issues! I have another Samsung touchscreen laptop (ATIV TAB 7) that I have owned for years with no problems so I was curious if anyone else with a spin style notebook was having any issues with their touchscreen.
This makes the computer almost unuseable as the pointer keeps moving to the locations of the phantom touches on the screen. 30 seconds to a minute after boot up the touchscreen is acting as if someone keeps touching and swiping on it but there is no one touching it. I have a NP740U5L-Y03US that I have owned for 5 months and now the touchscreen is going crazy. I am having a unique probelm with my Notebook 7 Spin that I can't seem to fix. All functionallity is fine in the phones/watches I use with the system.

All these things used to work until my speakers updated their firmware and I updated my Samsung UN65KS8500 TV firmware to 1167 today. Finally, when grouped, the group volume only adjusts the currently selected speaker and not the entire group. Also, when going onto any other multiroom audio app (On my S6 edge or Gear S3 watch) it stops the music and it reconnects to the new device (the phone/watch) to play music. Problems with the app are: The soundbar takes forever to be found, as soon as I try to use the app is stops the currently playing music and then I can play whatever I want after that. The desktop icon says beta across it so it makes sence that it is not flawless but I am looking if there is an update and I can't even seem to find the program to download anymore! Is Samsung going to discontinue support for the Radiant 360 Multiroom Audio Desktop App? I downloaded it onto my Samsung DP700A7D-S03US desktop computer running windows 10. I have downloaded the "Samsung Multiroom" desktop app for my HW-J8500 Soundbar and four WAM1500 speakers and it works.
